David brings more than 47 years of hands-on New York real estate experience to every building we manage. His background goes beyond management to include property ownership, acquisition, development, construction, renovation, and conversion.
He is known for direct involvement in operations, responsive communication, and hands-on oversight of buildings, staff, vendors, contractors, residents, and capital projects. His philosophy: direct oversight, accessibility, responsiveness, and personal involvement in every property.
